President Obama's inauguration in 2009 signaled a dramatic ideological break with the previous administration. This shift has at times been radically evident in the Obama Administration's involvement in international diplomacy, war and policy. This symposium seeks to explore the question of how and how much the Obama Administration has changed U.S. participation in international law.
